When you create a contractor account or claim a listing, we collect:

• Your relationship to the business

When you visit our websites, we automatically collect:

• Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)

• Pages visited, search queries, and interactions with the site
• Referring website
• Date and time of visits

c. Information From Public Sources

We compile business listing information from publicly available sources, including state licensing databases, business registrations, and public business directories. This information relates to businesses, not individuals, and includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, and licensing status.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your service requests by connecting you with local service providers
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your service requests and account
• Send you marketing communications (only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time)
• Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

a. With Service Providers (Lead Routing)

When you submit a service request, we share your name, contact information, property address, and service details with one or more service providers in your area who may be able to assist you. This sharing occurs only with your express consent provided at the time of submission.

b. With Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• Vercel — Website hosting and delivery
• Supabase — Database and authentication services
• Google Analytics — Website traffic analysis (only with your cookie consent)
• Google Places API — Address validation and location services

These service providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

c. As Required by Law

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or government request.

d. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• Request deletion of your service request data by emailing privacy@servicegraph.ai
• Control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner
• Request removal of a business listing through the "Claim or Remove This Listing" link on any listing page

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Service request data (name, contact info, property address): Retained for twenty-four (24) months after submission, then deleted or anonymized
• Account data (contractor accounts): Retained for the duration of the account and twelve (12) months after account closure
• Usage and analytics data: Retained for twenty-four (24) months in identifiable form
• Consent records: Retained permanently as legally required documentation
• Suppression/opt-out records: Retained permanently to honor your preferences

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as follows:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the site to function (no consent needed)
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the Service. These are only activated after you provide consent through our cookie banner.

You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie consent banner or your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect site functionality.
