Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
Our Practices
ServiceGraph LLC does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. However, when you submit a service request, we share your contact information and service details with service providers who may be able to assist you. Under California law, this may be considered "sharing" of personal information.
How to Opt Out
If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of having your personal information shared with service providers, you may:
- Email us at privacy@servicegraph.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"
- Include your name and the email address associated with your service request
We will process your request within fifteen (15) business days. Please note that if you have already submitted a service request, information already shared with service providers cannot be recalled, but no future sharing will occur.
If you have not submitted a service request, we do not share any personal information about you beyond what is collected through analytics cookies, which you can control through our cookie consent banner.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will continue to have full access to our directory and all free features of the Service.
